We planned to go to Ameenpur lake again and this time we followed google maps to the “Ameenpur lake birding spot for water birds”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a bit of an adventure to get to the place, but it was worth it as it had some great spots to see birds. We had a better vantage point to see a lot of water birds and I spent quite some time just observing the birds and their activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the water birds, there were quite a few other species. There were a couple of Asian green bee eater flitting between a shrub and a boulder. I wanted to take a picture of them in flight and it took a lot of patience and lot of attempts to get the pictures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
